Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AppoinlyCRM platform ("Service") operated by AppoinlyCRM ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & workspaces

Each customer is provisioned an isolated workspace. You are responsible for the activity of all users in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the data you store.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), uploading unlawful content, attempting to access other workspaces, or disrupting the Service. You must comply with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws when sending email through the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data.

5. Availability & warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
